My mother had treatment in the Inovia clinic and had a truly wonderful experience! Thanks to the doctors for quick but quality treatment, and even the billing staff who made sure we got everything delivered to the right place, and fixed the address when we found out it was wrong. Keep up the good work

I want to express how wonderful Shannon, one of the billing specialists has been for a very complicated insurance billing matter dating back to 2019. She has kept excellent detailed records of any and all conversations with the insurance company and has kept me up to date on all activity with insurance as it has occurred. It has been a very stressful situation but Shannon has provided a lot of hope and reassurance that this will all get resolved. Overall I have been very impressed with Inovia from this standpoint and from the standpoint as a fellow health care provider in the area.. I find it very easy to work with them to get a patient in our clinic scheduled for a test at their clinic which I cannot say for every clinic I work with. So big round of applause for Inovia and their staff!

I really appreciated the care I was given at Inovia vein. I had a vein that was bothering me for some time, and had some trepidation about getting it treated but it was almost painless as a procedure, I didn't need anyone to drive me home, and the recovery was very fast. They were great about checking with my insurance in advance and it was covered by that as well. I'm so glad I had it done! The staff there was great and I really appreciated the care that I was given.

Having found out that I had a blood clot scared me. However, Alexa assured me that they would take care of me and they have. What a wonderful group of people to be concerned about my well being. Jonathan was able to complete my set of compression socks (which I absolutely love and will wear ALL the time). These are the people that really care.

Dr Wikholm and staff are courteous and professional, I felt welcomed and cared about the moment I walked in the door. My legs feel so much better and my confidence level is at a high. 10/10 would recommend for varicose vein needs

Any time I’ve gone into the clinic the people have been very warm and welcoming, and that’s all staff. The service they provide is exceptional. The doctor explained thoroughly the procedure, and once the procedure was done it was comfortable and not stressful. I found it refreshing with a very relaxed environment. I would highly recommend Inovia to anyone considering vein surgery of any kind. There was never a feeling of being rushed through.
