Our NW Portland, Oregon, vein clinic is led by Alexander D. Nicoloff, MD, an experienced vascular surgeon who heads a team of ultrasound technicians and assistants to address all your vein care needs. We specialize in providing modern diagnosis and minimal downtime procedures to treat common vein conditions like varicose veins in the office setting that are clinically proven to improve vein health. We also help care for patients with venous stasis ulcers, stasis dermatitis, phlebitis, deep venous thrombosis (DVT) and other vein concerns.
We look forward to seeing you for your initial vein consultation and can quickly help you understand what to expect. When indicated, many vein treatments are covered by most insurance plans.
How to Find Us in Portland:
This specialty vein center is located at 911 NW 18th Avenue in the Futures Professional Center in NW Portland, Oregon. This medical building is located between NW 18th Ave and NW 19 Ave, between NW Kearney Street and NW Lovejoy Street a few blocks from Good Samaritan Medical Center. There is ample on site parking (on the NW Lovejoy Street side or North side of the building). Our office entrance is suite 911, is off the parking lot (North side of the building) on the first floor
Complementary free vein screens provided at this location, and some same-day appointments are reserved to evaluate patients for DVT.

Monday: 8 am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 5 pm. (closed from noon until 1 pm)
Tuesday: 8 am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 5 pm. (closed from noon until 1 pm)
Wednesday: 8 am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 5 pm. (closed from noon until 1 pm)
Thursday: 8 am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 5 pm. (closed from noon until 1 pm)
Friday: 8 am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 5 pm. (closed from noon until 1 pm)

Alexander D. Nicoloff, MD is a board-certified vascular surgeon whose practice now focuses entirely on the treatment of venous disease, including venous insufficiency, varicose veins, DVT and venous ulcers.
