My PCP referred me to Dr. Boyle at Inovia Vein Specialty Center to repair severe varicose veins in my legs that were causing significant circulation problems. I have been so very happy with each and every encounter I’ve had with each care provider, scheduler, billing and insurance specialist, and front desk person I’ve worked with during this process! I have received the most excellent care! I never have had to wait more than 5 or so minutes to be seen! That alone is worth 5 stars! I’ve seen several specialists over the last 3 years and I have not waited less than 20 minutes to be seen at any of these offices. Inovia respects my valuable time! Dr. Boyle and his PA and medical assistants are friendly, courteous and professional, each with a great sense of humor. I needed to push my authorization through as quickly as possible in order to avoid my deductible starting over and Dr. Boyle’s office made it happen! They stayed on top of the insurance company and followed through exactly as they said they would—I never needed to remind them that I had a very short time frame to accomplish a great deal of work and they did it! I’m so very grateful for the expertise of each individual who made my care pleasant, quick and convenient! Inovia went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and care, and took care of all the insurance requirements quickly and efficiently.
