Rebecca is AWESOME! Her bedside manner is a really good substitute for anesthesia. She should teach others. Dr. Gilster was very helpful. Plus, unlike some medical offices, where the staff act like they're doing you a favor by treating you, this office doesn't make you wait a long time until it's convenient for them to see you, but keeps to your scheduled time, which is much more respectful. I feel if they respect me, then I'm more likely to respect them and their professionalism (seemingly, in short supply nowadays). I would have no hesitations in recommending this business.
