It is so refreshing to be a partner with a professional office staff that offers from the greeting to the medical procedures a family environment. When you enter the center you are welcomed with a smile and genuine outreach of how they can help. A very competent assistant escorts you to the exam room and goes through all of the procedures of the day with answers to every concern. The ultra sound is performed by yet another certified technician who made the entire first visit smooth. After each visit, results are shared and a plan in place developed to mitigate the veins of concern. They monitored my progress and constantly called or had me come in while making certain of my progress. My doctor scheduled me for a vein procedure and he was spot on in his description of the procedure and the after results. I could not have chosen a better team to be a part of. All of this was with minimal concern and quick. Now I have the proper blood flow in my leg and with significantly reduced discomfort. Blessed I am. Thank you Team Inovia.

Top notch service, help and care. Not that I WANT blood clots, it is good to know I've got a care team with Jessica to help me through this new thing to deal with in my body. Andrea up front is always friendly kind and proper in her business. The assistants/Interns that come in prepping for the doctor are polite and kind. I absolutely will return to them for any Vein need as well as recommend them for yours.

I visited Inovia Vein Specialty Centers after developing a blood clot in my lower leg following an accident. From the moment I arrived, I was honestly touched by how kind and supportive everyone was ❤️. The entire team, from the front desk staff to the doctors, treated me with genuine care and respect. It really felt like they were truly concerned about my health and recovery. The treatment I received was very professional, and the staff made sure I understood everything throughout the process. After just one week, I received really encouraging news—my condition had improved a lot, which was such a relief 🙏. Now I only need to return in about 90 days for a follow-up appointment. What meant a lot to me was how attentive the doctor was. They even asked about my swollen ankle and took a moment to check it, just to make sure everything was okay. It may sound funny, but simply knowing the doctor cared actually made me feel better already 😊.
