Jessica Baele is amazing! She is hands down one of the best providers I’ve ever had. I came into my consultation feeling a little nervous, but Jessica immediately put me at ease. She was incredibly kind, thorough, and professional. Since the sclerotherapy was a cosmetic, out-of-pocket procedure, she took the time to explain everything clearly in layman’s terms, provided informed consent to review at home, and gave me space to make a decision without pressure. Her follow-up care for my superficial venous thrombosis (SVT) has been just as thoughtful and consistent. I also want to mention Andrea at the front desk—she was warm, helpful, and welcoming from the very beginning. The entire experience has been positive, and I feel so lucky to be in such good hands. I would wholeheartedly recommend Jessica to anyone seeking high-quality, compassionate care.

Dr Nagamoto is smart and considerate. It is so refreshing to work with a Dr who understands the insurance ins and outs and knows how to navigate a broken system. I'm also very confident in Dr Nagamoto's skills and expertise related to vein treatments. My leg is still healing after treatment, but I'm confident it'll look and feel great soon. The whole experience was respectful, low pressure, and included informed consent.
