Background
Trebor Struble is a board-certified Physician Assistant who joined the Inovia team in late 2016. He is a native Oregonian but spent most of his youth in Boise, Idaho. Trebor started his Physician Assistant career path by earning his Bachelor’s degree from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon. Afterwards, Trebor completed his Master’s in Physician Assistant studies at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California.
He spent his first nine years as a physician assistant in orthopedics, and eight of those years were spent in Bend. Trebor enjoys interacting with patients and knows that everyone has a unique story. He prides himself in educating patients in a way that helps them understand options and move forward with the best choice for them. He considers himself a team player and a patient advocate.

At Inovia Vein Specialty Center in Bend, Oregon, Trebor is a mid-level provider who sees new and established patients. Trebor helps them develop a plan of care for leg pain and swelling as it relates to venous disease. This support includes care for venous insufficiency/varicose veins, spider veins, deep venous thrombosis, superficial venous thrombosis, venous stasis ulcers and lymphedema.
On the personal side, Trebor and his wife, Blair, enjoy their time with their two young girls. He especially enjoys biking, boating, camping, golfing, skiing and pretty much anything in the outdoors.
