Background

Vein and Lymphatic Medicine Specialist & Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Physician

Dr. Cody Laverdiere brings a compassionate, patient-first approach to Inovia Vein, where he specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of varicose veins, spider veins, and chronic venous conditions. Most recently from Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, Dr. Laverdiere earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from Western University of Health Sciences in Oregon and completed his residency in emergency medicine at Baystate Medical Center. He later pursued additional specialization in venous and lymphatic care.  Before joining Inovia Vein, Dr. Laverdiere served as an emergency medicine physician at Kootenai Health in Coeur d’Alene, where he was known for his thorough, compassionate care in dynamic and complex care environments. With years of experience diagnosing and managing complex venous disorders including DVT and venous leg wounds, Dr. Laverdiere provides ultrasound guided minimally invasive vein care treatments—including endovenous ablation and sclerotherapy—with precision and comfort in mind. His practice focuses not only on restoring vein health but also on educating and empowering patients to make informed decisions about their care. Outside the clinic, Dr. Laverdiere enjoys hiking, exploring the outdoors of the Pacific Northwest, and spending time on the water with his family.
