Alexa was absolutely wonderful to work with. She clearly explained the results of the ultrasound and then proceeded to go over the details of the treatment plan. She is an excellent communicator, personable, and reassuring. My interactions with other staff members were excellent as well. I can only give the highest overall recommendation for Inovia Vein Speciality Centers.

My experience with Inovia vein is one like no other I have experienced. I have been to many specialist throughout the years, they have been professional, most have been helpful some not so much. The day I walked into Inovia I had no idea what or why I was there, it was unclear and it was not till my conference with the most pleasant and professional person named Jessica Baele, She sat down and explained in detail all the information I needed to understand why I was there. From that time on I have been greated with respect and care everytime I walked through the door. The staff is top notch, very professional with the touch of care. The doctor Dr. Ralph Delius top notch, very knowledgeable and has earned my respect probably more then any other doctor I have met throughout my life. Including the staff. When you experience the care from this facility it will be as if you were part of a family at least that's how I feel with every appointment. I recommend this facility for anyone suffering what Inovia specializing in, they go beyond to make you feel comfortable and important.

I have had the most amazing experience coming to this office. Everyone at this location has treated me with the utmost respect, such professionalism, and all backed with genuine care. I highly recommend their services. I’d give them more thumbs, but I’ve only the two on my hands. And they get both up! Go see them, tell ‘em Matt sent ya.

I have been a patient for over 15 years and I can't say enough about the entire staff. From the front desk to the medical assistants, to the ultra sound personal, PA's and the Dr.'s , they all listen to the patient's needs, are accommodating and professional in every single way. Knowledgeable, friendly and caring staff from reception all the way to discharge. I was treated with respect every step of the way. And, I’m happy to say my plumbing is clear once again! Highly recommended, and far better than Bob’s Veins across town…
